Article 1 – Purpose

These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between:

        The online shop HAK, operated by HAK,

        And any individual wishing to purchase a product offered on the website.

Placing an order implies full acceptance of these terms.

Article 2 – Products

Products are described and presented with the highest accuracy.
Photos are for illustration purposes only and may vary depending on lighting or screen resolution.

Article 3 – Prices

Prices are displayed in Moroccan dirhams (MAD), all taxes included.
Shipping fees are added during checkout.

Article 4 – Orders

Order confirmation constitutes acceptance of the price, product description, and T&Cs.
The seller reserves the right to cancel any order in case of dispute, incomplete information, or suspected fraud.

Article 5 – Payment

Accepted payment methods:

          Cash on Delivery (COD)

          Online payment (credit cards, PayPal, etc., if applicable)

Online payments are secured via PAYZONE.

Article 6 – Delivery

          Delivery available throughout Morocco via Our Partner

          Estimated delivery time: 0 to 2 business days.

          Delivery fees: 35dhs.

The seller is not liable for delays caused by the carrier.

Article 7 – Returns, Exchanges & Refunds (Law 31-08)

As per Moroccan consumer protection law, customers have 7 days from receipt of the product to request:

          an exchange

          a return

          or a refund

Conditions:

          The product must not be worn, used, or damaged.

          The tag must remain attached.

          It must be returned in the original packaging.

Return costs:  Are paid by the customer
Refund: issued once the product is received and inspected.

Article 8 – Liability

The seller cannot be held responsible for:

          improper use of the product,

          issues caused by the carrier,

          or any indirect damage.

Article 9 – Personal Data

Personal data is processed according to Moroccan Law 09-08 and used for order management, newsletters, and promotions with customer consent.

Article 10 – Intellectual Property

All elements of the website are the exclusive property of www.byhakk.com and cannot be reused without permission.

Article 11 – Governing Law

These T&Cs are governed by Moroccan law.
Any dispute will first attempt to be resolved amicably.
If unsuccessful, Moroccan courts have jurisdiction.
